a place to self-reflect, together.

This is a newsletter for those wired a little differently, where Buddhism, psychophilosophy, and metacognition converge into a personal truth-delivery system.

It began as a rite of passage through liminal spaces, bridging psychoanalysis and Zen using atypical language and a brain wired for systemizing, empathizing, and hyper-perceptivity.

This metareflective mode of exploring the world is a practice that generates insight through paradox, pattern, and presence.

Rooted in continual rebirth and a refusal to cling to inherited fantasies of meaning (à la Fromm), I’m shaping a real-time language that reveals how true transformation requires unraveling our attachments to socially conditioned omniscience—and embracing the love of truth not as an idea, but as a trance-state we live into, a liberation of mind and self.
